Job Description:

• Administer user permissions for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, ensuring appropriate access levels and security.
• Set up and configure projects in Jira, including workflows, issue types, and fields.
• Manage Confluence spaces, including creation, configuration, and access controls.
• Oversee integrations between Jira, Confluence, and other tools or plugins.
• Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use Jira and Confluence.
• Identify and resolve issues faced by users in Jira and Confluence.
• Customize workflows in Jira to suit specific project or team needs.
• Ensure proper documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.
• Evaluate, install, and maintain plugins to extend the capabilities of Jira and Confluence.
• Manage and monitor the use of APIs for integration with other systems.
• Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to maintain security.
• Configure and manage notifications in Jira and Confluence to ensure effective communication.
• Manage the budget related to Jira and Confluence usage, including subscription costs and plugin purchases.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure Jira and Confluence meet organizational needs.
• Support Agile methodologies through Jira, configuring boards, sprints, and backlogs as needed.
