Responsibilities:

• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Provide guidance to sellers on how to effectively promote their properties
• Stay knowledgeable about the market and best practices
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values

Requirements

• Proven track record of sales in real estate
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively sell properties
• Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Demonstrable aptitude in negotiation and problem-solving
• Trustworthy, reliable, and results-driven
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
