Job Description

CPP is now hiring Class B Drivers for Bus Driving and Driver positions!

Your job will require specializing in providing safe and reliable services to schools in Novato, CA, and surrounding areas.

The shift runs on a variable morning/day shift schedule, paying $23-$28/hour depending on experience, requiring a Class B driving license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school in accordance with established routes and schedules.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with school personnel, students, and parents/guardians.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as refueling, checking fluid levels, and reporting any issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.

Requirements:

• Valid Class B driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with school personnel, students, and parents/guardians.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to work varying day shift hours.
