Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Must be able to work in-office 5 days a week, near S. Alameda St.)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive platform strategies (e.g., Weedmaps, Leaflink, Jane).
Collaborate on SEO/SEM strategies to generate traffic.
Manage Conversion Rate Optimization to maximize conversions
Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Billboards, Publishers, Google Ads, social media, etc.).
Project management for product launches, events, and grand openings, ensuring seamless execution across digital channels and aligning campaigns.
Data and Reporting. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling creatives across all web properties.
Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity.
Oversees the overall operations of the department, ensuring teams meet performance targets.
Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by the supervisor.

Technical Skills & Abilities:
Proven experience in digital marketing including organic, paid media/social, and email marketing.
Strong understanding of various digital platforms and tools, including e-commerce CMS, Social Ads, Klaviyo, SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
Intermediate level with the following: SEO, Paid Ads, Paid Social, and Email marketing.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset using data to inform decisions. Experienced with Excel.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
4+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing
Agency experience a plus!
Requirements:
Must be over 21 years of age.
Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 10 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
