Are you passionate about water treatment and recycling? We are looking for a dynamic Director to lead our Water Treatment and Recycling division. In this role, you will oversee strategic, legislative, contractual, and technical aspects across various regions. You will work closely with stakeholders, source right owners, and regional teams to drive business success and support future development strategies. This is an on-site role based in Carlsbad, NM, with occasional fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Safety: Foster a strong safety culture throughout the region and ensure accountability.
Financial Management: Oversee P&L, balance sheet, and annual budget for the service line within the region.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies (HR, OSHA, SOX, DOT, etc.).
Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with regional administrative functions to ensure accurate and timely information related to customer, vendor, and employee transactions.
Sales & Customer Engagement: Support regional sales efforts and maintain direct relationships with clients.
Operational Planning: Work with the Region VP to ensure facilities meet current and future operational needs.
Communication: Share company plans, strategies, and philosophies with regional service line personnel, ensuring alignment.
Reporting: Provide weekly reports to the Region VP on ongoing and future operations and financial data.
Team Collaboration: Work with Service Line VPs to maximize market penetration and profitability.
Personnel Development: Plan and develop the region service line personnel.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Minimum of 3 years in a business unit management role.
7-10 years of experience in oil and gas.
Knowledge of oil and gas field infrastructure and fluid handling services.
Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience in energy service company management is a plus.
Ability to motivate diverse teams and work independently.
Excellent organizational, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
Effective team player with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Physical Demands:
