Position Overview:
Join our Domestic Operations team as a Domestic Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of domestic middle-mile and last-mile shipments. You'll also handle essential back-office data entry tasks related to domestic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general ERP data entry.
Manage transportation schedules for freight and clients.
Assist with data entry related to third-party production.
Pack customer seafood samples for shipment as needed.
Receive and enter customer POs and orders into ERP and related software tools.
Participate in team-based order fulfillment planning and inventory management.
Handle logistics booking, tracking, and reporting.
Process invoicing and manage packing and shipping of product sample orders.
Troubleshoot various operational issues.

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience (required).
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
What to Expect:
During your onboarding, you'll shadow a team member and gradually take on responsibilities related to orders and logistics for specific products and regions. You'll be part of a small, dynamic team that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Additional Requirements:
Experience with domestic logistics, including LTL & FTL frozen shipping and cold storage, is a plus.
Proficiency with computer systems and data entry, including Microsoft Office products.
Comfort with handling food products, including those with allergens like seafood.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid work model: In-office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with remote work on Thursday and Friday. Additional in-office days may be required.
Standard office hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
Compensation and Benefits:
$19.00 - $31.00 per hour
