About the Role: As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing essential support and resolving inquiries. You’ll assist in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensure their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with order processing, tracking, and updating customers on delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic product or service issues.
• Direct complex inquiries to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Support the customer service team in daily administrative tasks.
• Provide customers with information about our services, products, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
