Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Real Estate Agents. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are passionate about real estate and eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry. As an entry-level agent, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Southern New Jersey area.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses.
  • Provide clients with information on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Prepare and submit all required documentation, including contracts and closing statements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market and trends.
  • Collaborate with other agents and team members to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Utilize company resources and tools to generate leads and manage client relationships.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Valid New Jersey real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and practices (training provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate software (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation.
