Sales Bizlab is seeking a creative and motivated Entry Level Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will assist in managing our social media presence and contribute to growing our brand's online community.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, that align with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our online presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
