Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support our dynamic and visionary CEO. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will be a culture carrier, able to embody our company's values and foster positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage a variety of projects, from conception to completion, including tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of executive assistants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners.
• Confidential Matters: Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, preferably supporting a C-suite executive.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Assist in planning and executing annual shareholder meetings, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and managing shareholder questions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication1 skills, with the ability to2 tailor messages to different audiences.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
