Responsibilities

• Client Coaching and Development:
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to our distributors.
• Develop customized training plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Conduct interviews and consultations to convert leads into clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Program Management:
• Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as necessary.
• Collect and analyze feedback to continually improve coaching programs.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
• Network with industry professionals to build partnerships and expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching, executive training, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience working as an independent contractor or in a remote capacity is preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Coaching or a related field is preferred.
