Job Summary In this position, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance tasks throughout multiple company buildings and locations. Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work to maintain facility buildings.
• Travel to various company buildings; inspect facilities, buildings, and grounds for routine maintenance.
• Prioritize basic repairs and planned preventative maintenance of buildings and associate grounds, including but not limited to proactive and reactive work.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Assess and repair minor plumbing and electrical systems.
• Perform repair of machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
• Requisition building maintenance supplies, materials, and equipment; monitor inventory, load and unload supplies.
• Purchase supplies and set up for company functions.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• Performs miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
• Snow removal

• Proficient in using manual and power tools safely
• Prior experience with carpentry, general maintenance, electrical systems and plumbing preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• 5 years of construction and/or grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or systems to remove and replace defective parts
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary
• Professional presentation and attitude
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Heavy machinery experience a plus

• Ability to regularly bend, stoop, move from ground level to higher levels, raise/lift from ground level and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to conduct repetitive climbing (ladders, lifts, and scaffolding), stooping, kneeling, bending, and reaching over head
• Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections
