A family in Clark is seeking a gracious, caring nanny for their newborn baby. The typical schedule will be Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Ideal nanny:
The ideal nanny for this family is patient, on time, reliable, trustworthy, and has good judgment. They have a flexible schedule and will send photos and updates throughout the day. Looking for a nurturing caregiver with newborn experience who will cuddle and soothe the baby when she cries. Willingness
to hold the baby often and have contact naps when needed is a must. College background is preferred but not required.
Duties:
Providing basic infant care including preparing, feeding, and washing bottles, changing diapers, and supervising naps. Changing the baby’s clothes as needed. Tidying up and keeping the baby’s areas clean. Preparing basic meals and snacks. Reading, talking, playing, and doing tummy time with her. Doing Baby’s laundry is a plus. About the family:
These first-time parents are friendly, personable, and also a little nervous! They have their little girl’s best interests at heart and are excited to see her personality emerge. They believe in positive energy and using positive language. When the baby cries, they pick her up and soothe her rather than allow her to “cry it out”. Mom works from home once a week and Dad works from home three days a week. Both parents are vaccinated for Covid-19.
