Golf Pro Shop Attendant
Country Club in Wheeling, West Virginia is looking for a Golf Pro Shop Attendant.
Position Overview:
Provide clerical and administrative support while assisting with the daily operations of the golf pro shop and the golf course.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Oversees collection of fees, membership fees and retail sales; prepares cash balance and deposits
• Organizes tee times on the golf course for individuals and groups and informs them of course rules and regulations
• Trains staff members monitoring the golf courses to ensure that members abide by club rules and regulations
• Maintains records of daily play on golf courses and prepares reports on usage for golf pro.
• Maintains addresses and other information on club members when appropriate.
• Establish and oversee maintenance schedules for golf carts, order parts for carts, assists in repairing carts.
• Performs General housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, washing window, etc.
• Organizes schedules and operations for the driving range, organizes, schedules and oversees arrangements for golf outings.
• Other duties that may be assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Current High school student or graduate or equivalent
Valid driver’s license.
