Your Mission:
Engage with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create personalized improvement plans.
Observe employee work performance, analyze body mechanics, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Efficiently and thoroughly document all employee interactions and treatments, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
Understand and apply OSHA recordkeeping rules related to first aid.
Proactively address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to prevent injuries.
Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
Develop and deliver employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics.
What You'll Need:
An Associate's degree as a PTA with licensure; or a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years of experience in a Military healthcare setting.
Certification/licensure as an Athletic Trainer (AT) or PTA is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

The ability to work effectively with on-site personnel and client representatives.
