As a valued intern with our Specialty Clients Operations team, you will:
- Support off-system policy reporting to American Modern via the technical infrastructure used for specialty insurance programs where some portion of the traditional insurance company functions are performed by a Program Partner Agent
- Work directly with the agile scrum team that is responsible for enhancing requirements, resolving defects, and onboarding new partners in the technical infrastructure
- Execute assignments related to enhancement, defects, or project delivery such as Requirements, Testing, Project Management activities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders as applicable to ensure technical infrastructure meets the business' data needs
Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or graduate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Data Management preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
- Confidence in use of MS Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams)
- Basic SQL knowledge strongly preferred
- Exposure to coursework related to MSProject and Visio

- Candidates must be local (Amelia, OH) and will work in the office at least 2 days a week
