As a Licensed Real Estate Assistant at Jenny Rutherford Real Estate, you'll be a key member of our team, providing administrative, organizational, and client-facing support to our real estate agents. You will help streamline day-to-day operations, coordinate transactions, manage client communications, and ensure that every aspect of the real estate process runs smoothly. Your role is vital in enhancing client satisfaction and supporting the team’s productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist real estate agents in preparing and managing contracts, agreements, and other transaction documents.
• Coordinate and host/attend property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings and MLS data.
• Provide exceptional client service through timely communication, updates, and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for real estate agents.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions.
• Perform market research and analysis to support client decision-making.
• Handle administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and paperwork.
• Support marketing initiatives, including the creation of property brochures, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
• Assist with client onboarding and orientation, explaining processes and providing support as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to coordinate inspections, repairs, and other necessary tasks.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Qualifications:
• Valid Georgia Real Estate License.
• Valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and a reliable mode of transportation.
• Proven experience as a real estate assistant or in a similar administrative/support role within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate practices, MLS systems, and transaction management.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficiency in real estate software and G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Must be able to type at least 50 WPM.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools.
• Familiarity with property management and real estate compliance requirements.
• Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
