I am partnered with a Nevada law firm that is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to their team. This position is with a firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities.

Background Requirements

* 2-6 years of experience in private insurance defense practice
* Practice areas of interest include personal injury defense, auto car accidents, slip and falls, general liability
* Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
* Motions practice, dispositive motions
* Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
* Must be admitted in CA AND NV
