Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Locum Tenens Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages. The position involves temporary coverage in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.

Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completed residency in Family Medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education
Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.
Ability to obtain temporary or locum tenens licensure if not already licensed in Arizona.
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
Prior experience in a family medicine setting preferred.
