The Opportunity
Adobe Express represents a new generation of Adobe innovation to help everyday communicators, social media influencers and marketers make engaging content that really stands out! You will be a member of the For Everyone, Everywhere product pillar which drives Adobe Express’ product strategy for audience expansion, internationalization and accessibility. We are stewards of the user experience across the Express product and think holistically about the diverse set of users that Adobe Express serves. You will drive initiatives that enable critical strategic unlocks of use cases across the Adobe portfolio with Adobe Express.
What You’ll Do
Talk to customers as often as possible through user interviews, on-demand user testing services, etc.
Build market expertise through market research and trends research to really understand our user's needs
Demonstrate creative problem solving through design thinking and brainstorming with design partners to identify possible solutions
Outline a product roadmap for your areas of responsibility through partnership with engineering and design
Drive day-to-day product management, including detailed feature definition, team assignments, and coordination across parts of Adobe Express and the Adobe ecosystem
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled in an MBA program and graduating between December 2024 – June 2025
Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to inspire teams, communicate your vision, and help drive consensus and forward momentum
Bring relationships with cross functional teams to define a market leading strategy and achieve results
Comfort with making decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data
Ability to simplify complicated problems by breaking down technical solutions for internal, external, and executive audiences
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
