| Role and Responsibilities In collaboration with WTMF leadership and other Clinic Operations Managers (COM), the Clinic Supervisor assists the COM in overseeing the administration and operations of assigned clinics, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment of organizational goals. They will promote the patient first ethic, a culture of safety and promotes staff engagement and process improvement (may be assigned to lead Lean Initiatives). This position also participates in hiring and oversees the training of new staff and ensuring proper protocols and policies are followed.
