Position: Paint Line & Assembly Crew Member

Shift: 1st & 2nd Available
Hourly Rate: $17.75/hour+

KSM Industries is seeking a 1st and 2nd shift Paint Line Crew member.

KSM Industries, Inc. ( is a contract sheet metal fabricator located in Germantown, WI. We offer an aggressive compensation package including 10 paid holidays, 401K, Dental, Health and Vision Insurance as well as life and long-term disability Insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Able to read prints and routings to complete necessary work.
• Masking or plugging parts to be painted.
• Loading and unloading components from the paint line. 
• Must be able to handle weight up to 30 pounds.  Ergonomic lift assists are also available.
• Opportunity to learn powder coating techniques.
• Assist in department as required. 
• Rotate into the General Assembly Department.
• Work individually or with team members.
