Join an established ophthalmology practice in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an optometrist who has great Pediatric experience or training. The practice has an incredibly diverse disease set that their doctors see such as visually impaired or blind. On these kids the doctors spend their effort on maximizing the vision the patients have, improving wherever possible, and fending off additional vision loss. They also work on a ton of childhood glaucoma, cataracts, brain tumors, hereditary diseases, corneal pathology, specialty contact lenses, amblyopia and strabismus. Optional weekends and a great benefit package. Someone with an outgoing personality who gets along well with children would be a great fit. Some teaching and an option for clinical research.
