Responsibilities: 1. General cleaning of kitchen/prep kitchen/bar/dining room and outdoor areas: Ensure the space is clean and set up before service every morning. 2. Receiving Deliveries: Ensure weekend deliveries are signed off and stored appropiately. 3. Kitchen Prep: Assisiting the kitchen with small prep help.
