Job Description

We're a local business consulting firm trained to create, develop, and execute communication-focused promotional outreach campaigns for various clients across the telecommunications, clean energy, and food and beverage industry. Our team of passionate & driven Promotional Outreach Representatives work together in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment to produce dynamic promotional outreach campaigns providing our clients with increased brand awareness in hard-to-reach markets. The fundamental key to our success has been our top-notch, forward-thinking Communications team working the frontlines of our direct promotional outreach campaigns. As a result, we have a high demand from our clients to expand rapidly.

We are currently in need of 3-5 Promotional Outreach Representatives to assist us in our expansion efforts and join our Communications and Promotional Outreach team. We are looking for personable, engaging, and dynamic professionals looking to expand their knowledge and experience in the Marketing, Communications, and Promotions fields.

Promotional Outreach Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Help craft and execute all promotional outreach campaigns for surrounding communities
  • Facilitate all customer engagement through strong relationship-building, consultative communications techniques, and active-listening skills
  • Proactively monitor and identify potential product and service risks and provide real time feedback to the client for improvement
  • Create training material for newly onboarded employees and update when needed with new product, service, and promotional information
  • Communicate and engage with customers in local markets to drive brand awareness and increase market share for our clients 

Experience Needed:

  • Previous experience in a communications-centric role 
  • Prior experience working in an accelerated and entrepreneurial team environment
  • Knowledge of basic communications techniques and promotional outreach strategies
  • Proven track record of establishing long-lasting, positive client relationships

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 2-3 years' of customer success or client relations experience
  • Experience working hands-on with clients or customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, driven, and dynamic personality
  • Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team player
This is an in office position located in Stamford, Connecticut and requires daily commuting to our Stamford office location.
