Role: React Developer

Location: RICHARDSON TX 75081

Duration: 6 Months

Type: Hybrid Weekly3 Days Onsite

Responsibilities:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build and configure applications for the ADS Offshore Reporting project. You will act as the primary point of contact and be responsible for team decisions.
Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Intermediate proficiency in Reactive Architecture and Java is required. Configuration & Release Management, Solution Architecture, Design & Build Enablement, and Responsive and Adaptive Design are recommended skills.
Lead the team in developing innovative solutions for application design and configuration
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application development
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
