Summary

We are looking for a talented real estate recruiter to become an integral part of our team, helping us identify driven new agents who can fuel the growth of our successful real estate firm. In this role, you will also collaborate with experienced agents, providing strategic consulting to elevate their business performance through the use of cutting-edge systems and tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively reaching out to prospective agents
• Evaluating candidates against our high standards for performance
• Ensuring alignment with our company culture and values

The perfect candidate will be personable, confident, and skilled at juggling multiple candidate relationships at once. This role presents an exciting chance to significantly impact the expansion of a leading real estate brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
• Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
• Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
• Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
• Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
• Run brokerage sales meetings weekly with valuable market information
• Coach and consult with your top agents

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
• Familiar with online job posting tools
• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
• Great at time management and organization
• People oriented and customer service attitude a must
• CRM experience
• Real estate industry backgroung
• Real estate license and sales a huge plus
