What you’ll do
This position will utilize standard recruitment metrics to measure successes and identify areas of opportunity while aligning with the organizational goals.
Manage the full recruitment process for IT roles, and candidate workflow through our Applicant Tracking System, Crelate. Ensuring a smooth experience for every candidate from the application stage.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to deeply understand their hiring requirements, technical skill needs, and team culture. Provide insights and guidance to ensure the best-fit candidates are identified.
Leverage a wide array of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), networking events, employee referrals, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top IT professionals.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with potential candidates to maintain a healthy pipeline for both current and future recruitment needs. Proactively engage with passive candidates.
Utilize and Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to efficiently manage the recruitment life-cycle, ensuring timely updates, accurate documentation, and streamlined candidate communication.
Provide support in recruiting for non-technical roles when required.
Build our brand as an employer by leveraging social media channels, networking events, and ensuring an amazing candidate experience.
Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting at a tech or software company, with a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
Solid understanding of various IT roles, technologies and programming languages to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone and Zoom presence that fosters relationship building
