Looking for an opportunity to grow as a nurse with a renowned organization, and help train the next generation of personal care professionals? Angels on Call is hiring a Per Diem, RN Educator to provide education for students at our Personal Care Aide certification school. The working hours would be up to 42 hours per week, varied based on curriculum, class size and frequency. This is an in-office position, and the primary workstation will be our main office in Peekskill. This position has a starting pay rate of $45/hour, but can start higher based on experience as a nurse and in the classroom. Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Current New York State RN license
• Minimum (1) year recent and verifiable experience with home care agency
• Have at least two years of nursing experience, including at least one year of experience in the provision of home health care services in an Article 36 or Article 40 agency or the out-of-state equivalent.
• Experience working with and supervising direct care staff such as Personal Care Aides, and familiarity with their skill set
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Demonstrated successful track record of working independently
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Strong communication and computer skills
