Job Title: RPA Developer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Create detailed process documentation, including process maps, technical specifications, and deployment plans.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
• Monitor and maintain deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
• Perform ongoing evaluation of automation solutions to ensure they continue to meet business needs and adapt to changes.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on RPA tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology to continuously improve and innovate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in RPA development, including hands-on experience with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other systems and applications, including APIs and databases.
• Understanding of business process modeling and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
