Senior MuleSoft Developer/Architect - Melbourne

Required Qualifications:

• Practical experience in MuleSoft API Development, MFT (GoAnywhere), MuleSoft Flow development, and MuleSoft CloudHub.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• MuleSoft Certification: MCD or MCA certification.
• Strong knowledge of API management and microservices.
• 8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in integration development, testing, and deployment.
• Senior level integration experience as a Senior MuleSoft Developer/Architect.
• Extensive API integration experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is advantageous.
• Understanding of interface automation.
• Australian PR/Citizen/Full work rights to work in Australia

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop API management and microservices solutions.
• Lead end-to-end integration design, build, test support, and deployment.
• Contribute expertise to developing integration solutions.
• Collaborate daily with customers using Agile methodology.
• Create Technical Design Documents capturing MuleSoft functional and non-functional details using integration design templates and RAML definitions for all interfaces.
• Lead the design and architecture of integration solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and standards while understanding unique client environment restrictions.
• Conduct Design Walkthroughs, Code Reviews, and provide Technical Coaching as needed.
• Develop and Unit Test MuleSoft Applications, ensuring they are checked into the department's code repository and deployed through the Continuous Integration toolchain into development and test environments.
• Establish mUnit framework and associated quality assurance processes to support validations of MuleSoft assets developed during the project.
• Ensure adherence to security, audit compliance, and error handling requirements.
• Actively participate in Agile sprint ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review/product demo, and sprint retrospective).
• Resolve tasks and defects within the project backlog.
• Document and publish artifacts in Anypoint Exchange instance.
• Create, update, and review operational Run Books.
• Create, update, and review production cutover plans and execute production cutover activities.
• Create, update, and review the design and development of Anypoint Exchange Policies and Configurations.
