Responsibilities

• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
• Develop social media campaigns
• Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media campaigns
• Update social media content across all channels
• Engage with customers and followers
• Use marketing tools to plan social content calendar 
• Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Manage and grow the Chip Affiliate program
• Develop content or assign tasks to content developers
• Research and maintain up-to-date social media trends
• Run effective social ad campaigns 
• Communicate effectively to all managers

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience as a social media manager 
• Experience in creating social media strategies
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Aptitude for crafting engaging content
• Knowledge and experience running ads in Meta and other social platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field
• Prior experience as a copywriter and content manager
• Prior experience running social advertisements
