Job Description

Our client, an educational supplies company, is seeking a creative Social Media Manager with expertise in managing and engaging online communities for B2C brands.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a social media strategy that resonates with customers, increases brand visibility, and drives customer engagement through thoughtful, feedback-based content creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and schedule regular social media posts that highlight customer feedback, product features, and educational value.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategies and improve engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into the strategy.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the company’s website.
  • Track and report on social media insights, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the education or consumer products industry.
  • Proven ability to create engaging social media content based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics to effectively track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with the target audience.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio or samples of previous social media work demonstrating successful campaigns and customer interaction is required.
