Job Description

Globe Life, American Income Division is looking for a sales representative to join our team in our Pittsburgh office or work virtually from anywhere. This person will actively call and set up virtual meetings with 100% free, warm leads and sell the products advised for them.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for success, and passionate about contributing to workplace culture and building financial freedom for themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate, promote, and sell American Income's products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to union members that we're contracted with.
• Develop and foster relationships - Build rapport with the client and fill their needs. Continue a relationship with the client to ensure the business stays on the books.
• Meet and exceed targets - As you set goals for yourself, make sure you stay on track of them and continue to grow as necessary.
• Research and understand target market - Understand the product and competing products to advise the client in the proper direction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• NO PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
• Skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
• Coachable and able to accept failure and move forward
• Strong minded with long-term goals
